Im not in Kilmarnock often but we popped in for the first time in years to find it's under new management and newly redecorated! Food was delicious fish and chips. Mushy peas were perfectly mushy yum and the batter was fantastic! Waited on by a lovely lady very chatty and helpful. Only thing is the hamburger itself was a tad greasy but that's the type of hamburger it was. Other chippys use this supplier and to me it's just a personal preference. Credit where its due..My order wasn't upto standard when I received it so phoned to complained about it (I don't normally phone and complain)The owner delivered the replacement personaly, it was Fresh/Hot and with complementary Fritters will be ordering again.
