“The steak pie was delicious and a very generous portion.
I should have got a certificate for finishing off the Eton Mess - wow, just about finished me off! Huge.
The roaring fire and a lovely black Labrador were both what a great pub should have.
Will be back.”

“My husband and I were made to feel welcome on arrival, great service, I had Smoked haddock gratin with creamy leek and cheddar with mash it was delicious and very fresh, and my husband had beef stroganoff with rice and a side of chips also delicious and the meat . was so tender. We finished off the meal with apple crumble and warm custard and a latte meal was 10/10 highly reccomend .”
