It’s nice cafe but poor service we had the worst frappe ever. Please train your workers that the frappe is made with coffee and served with a lot of ice.

While the muffins are still absolutely delicious I couldn't help but notice the place was needing a good clean. The dust was thick on the back of the chairs at the back of the shop very expensive

Got two cheese and tomato toasties they were cold in the middle if they had been frozen b4 £16 for 2 toasties and too small coffee's rip off the prices are far too expensive .

Was first time since lockdown started so was great to get a coffee and people watch in a long time, as usual good service and tasty sandwiches and muffins. Not cheap but good quality food and drink
Just been to bbs in the mercat kirkcaldy for a toastie and coffee it was amazing. Jacqui and staff are all very pleasant and make you feel welcoming. Would recommend

I love BB's coffee and this is one of my favourite locations. Their flat whites are fantastic, good selection of sandwiches and savouries, and for muffin lovers they are tough to beat! Nice friendly staff too with decent track and trace methods during Covid times.

,Calorie replacement Therapy at BB Muffins Kirkcaldy the Raspberry and Apple Muffin never tasted so good just out of the oven and nice to have a cappuccino at a sit down table . It is good to see local business starting up again

Always finding myself winding up in the Kirkcaldy Merkat area.With the lack of cafes indoor with Miss Maude's closing a while back and Marks and Spencer's closing BB'S is pretty much the only option Personally i don't think BB's is that bad its rather nice and a good shop. The main problem which throws me of being more of a regular rather than just someone who visits occasionally is prices. My last visit Muffin (the main product after all) Has went up from £2.25-£2.35 Going up by a further 10 pence. I swear every time i visit which is every couple of months prices are going up by 10 p a time. everything else is fine nothing spectacular but its alright I also previously mentioned in a review about a customer who was telling me about how there is black water in the disabled toilet. (the mop bucket residue) this can be easily fixed by a simple flush. I did bump into said customer again and he said that the problem is still an issue. What could really enhance and help BB'S is someone like a owner or manager to be reading these reviews and then fix the problems. Or A reply back to know these reviews are being read because after all we don't want another Cafe inside the merkat to close down.
