This is definitely a nicer setting than their old place across the road. There is more room, but at the same time, it feels cosy. We opted for the chicken ramen, haggis balls x3, chicken dumpling gyoza, and Japanese fries with a cola and a latte. As the haggis and gyoza were on the starter menu and the ramen on the mains, we asked for it to be brought out at the same time. This place is a gem in a now bleak high street, amazing dishes particularly the curry soup.Hopefully more quality restaurants move into the ever growing empty premises to bring it back to life.

The atmosphere was calm and very welcoming. The food was clearly prepared with care and passion. Will definitely be ordering the tempura prawn starter again next time. The chicken katsu curry was fantastic and the selection of sushi (Hosomaki in tempura)that we were presented with was also well worth the visit.
