Absolutely incredible. This is 100% authentic Italian pizza. The Picante and Vegitariana Bianca were perfect. We really enjoyed the garlic and cheese pizza too and the fresh homemade Tiramisu was superb. Well done to everyone at Pizza Vara. Staff are very pleasant and attentive on every visit. This is an absolute gem and well worth the drive if coming from further away like ourselves. Every time we order the food is so consistent there’s no need to go elsewhere (even for a change), so glad we found this place. Could well be the best pizza in Fife…❤️

Fresh Hand Made Pizza. Not processed base. Great tasting piping hot pizza. Highly recommended.Parking: Depending on time of day, a lot of parking spaces are taken up by the hairdressers in the village. But the pizza is worth a short walk from parking near by.

I did some research online and found this place to take my Pa for the eve of his 60th spur of the moment. We hadn’t fully appreciated that there were just seats along a bar at the window and that was it. I called up and the gentleman reserved 3 of the bar seats for us. When we arrived I was surprised that it was largely only a takeaway establishment but we’d travelled about 20 minutes and thought we should give it a try. What followed was one of the loveliest evenings of food that was so fun and memorable. I have never had a pizza better than the pizza we had there and the topping combinations they offer were so expertly crafted. We were blown away by the food, the staff were so friendly and conversational -even in the busy takeaway rush- and we came away from the night with huge smiles, making plans to have monthly pizza nights. Couldn’t recommend it more. If these guys were to expand to a full restaurant people would travel from far and wide to experience what they offer.

Driving home and got the wrong exit! Oh my, where am I?! No idea, but that looks like a pizzeria! Mmmh... Why not a pizza after training? Walked in, looked at the menu... Very interesting and varied: got a special, a meat calzone, and a margherita for the little one. Unfortunately the super special were listed on a separate menu, so I noticed them too late! Next time. I heard the pizzaioli chatting away in Italian, therefore I totally had to jump in... Compatrioti! Lovely chat and when I finally got home and we tried the pizza... Madonna mia splendente che miracolo! Marvelous. Thin but solid base, no topping got through, making it a soggy mess, like in the usual fake pizzeria; great tasty crust; thick and fresh toppings. Honestly. REAL PIZZA. And the tiramisu... Ah! Like the one I make. I cried a bit. Honestly, just go, even if you're British! Here you get the taste of proper Italian pizza. Grazie Paolo, torno presto!!!!
