The nicest guy works here! I didn't catch his name but I saw he wore a turban. He literally made my day and is one of the happiness, loveliest people I have ever met. He needs a raise or an award or something seriously!

This is my car after using this carwash. When I complained I was told to come back when the Manager was available and I would be refunded. This was a lie. The manager refused to speak to me, but hid in her office and made her staff tell me that they had wasted my time and money.They did not take my details to record my complaint but were adamant that no-one else had complained. Despite not bothering to record my complaint. Must be easy to avoid complaints if you ignore them all.I complained to Shell, who told me that they couldn't do anything because this is a franchise. Will not be using this garage again for anything. Very upset at the rude treatment I received over and above the complete failure of the carwash to actually wash my car. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

I can't believe how badly this Shell must be managed as more than half of the times I go and try using the car wash I'm told "sorry its not working" after waiting 5, 6 min on the queue, at least put a sign. How difficult it is to keep it running? I've wasted so many trips for no reason trying to wash my car. If you can't maintain it you'd be better off removing the Car Wash so you won't upset that many customers.

This Shell branch renovated a couple of years ago and was having a great re-openning PR. Used to be my fav garage. Now either the manager has changed or the franchise owner, because all of that “splendour” has gone. Zero cust service, unhelpful and rude staff who are there just to tend the tills and refill the shelves. I avoid it as much as I can. Shame really.

Pump never dispensed fuel but I still had to pay because it still showed as normal!!Went back and was told there was nothing they could do.I spend between £4 and £5000 a year filling my taxi.Wont see me again.1 star because I can't give 0.How many people have had the same thing I wonder.AVIOD!!!!

This used to be a great place to get my petrol but on several occasions the pumps haven’t been working or no V power in stock. Some of the ladies that did night shift have gone and sadly customer service has gone downhill . I’ve now changed to The Deer Park BP garage.

Not 24 hours. We went there at 1am and the grumpy fat cashier woman shooed us away flegmaticly.
Rude staff! Very overpriced fuel. Always avoid this garage. Drive 10 mins along the A71 where it’s 10p a litre cheaper.

Was here early Sunday evening and experienced fantastic customer service. The attendant filled my car and asked me to wait inside, out of the rain, where I was greeted by a very personable cashier. Great staff and customer service!
