From the minute I stepped into this establishment I was shocked by the attitude of the staff was not enthusiastic at all and very snappy towards me the food was not up to much but don’t know what I expected when it was pulled from the fridge infront of me would avoid this place at all costs !!!!

Popped in for a chippy tea tonight and was very pleased with my fish supper, hadn’t been in for a long time and wondered if it had changed based on some of the reviews….I guess most of the complaints are from folks getting deliveries that are late or cold food?Simple answer to that is go yourself!

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered at a cost of £24:50. It took 1hr 45mins to arrive. So okay they were busy that's understandable.However I think going on the temperature of our food once it arrived it had been sat in the back of the delivery vehicle for aleast 45mins. Barely lukewarm .The extra large mixed kebab wasn't extra large at all with Barely any doner meat.Always praised this place previously to all looking for decent takeaway options, but tonight....we are totally disappointed.

Ordered on food hub never got my delivery because the followed the instruction and ignored the address and over an hour of waiting to get a call to say they will deliver to the address for them to go back and not deliver and will not refund me

To many reheated chips and ends half the portion was inedible. Not good at the price charged should be proper chips . Went downhill nor what it was.

I phoned them up to ask why - I do live close by, but I'm also disabled and I can't walk that far to pick up my orders - and I was told "I'm not telling." A completely unprofessional and immature response. They claimed to have fixed it, but it is not fixed and I can no longer order from here.
