Lovely views, friendly staff. The one comment I would make is that we were told when booking that we'd have to give up our table in 1.5 hours, but that was only enough time for starters and mains, not pudding. It seems that should be lifted,or more service staff hired to ensure a quicker 3 course turnaround as there seemed to be too few wait staff there for the size of the Good Friday crowd.Parking: There seems a good car park although we walked from a B&B where we were staying.

Everything was lovely and the service was good, however possibly just a slight training issue to highlight - when taking away our money we paid for meal, the waitress asked if we wanted any change back. It was a bit awkward. Just bring back the change. We had every intention of leaving a tip.

My wife and I had a lovely Breakfast Tea in Colquhoun's Restaurant. The cooked breakfast was delicious, with tasty sausage, bacon, mushroom, tomato, tattie scone and poached egg with hollandaise sauce. We also enjoyed the fruit scone and the delicious muffin. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.
