Wonderful staff - so helpful, welcoming and went out of their way to help.Clean rooms and a great breakfast and dinner.Free parking.Busy road so there's some noise but they offer ear plugs.Highly recommended.Food & drinks: Tasty and quick service.You order breakfast the evening before so there's never a wait.
We’ve just left the Fairburn and we could have stayed longer. The Staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel is owned by a couple who live there and as such has the feel of a family run establishment. The rooms are small but have everything you need with plenty of wardrobe space, they are on the main road but traffic didn’t stop us from sleeping in the comfortable bed. Friendly pleasant helpful staff, good food and drink, prompt service.Room well furnished, but cold on arrival, heated up ok.Decor good, but desk in room looking scruffy, hole in staircase wall spoils appearance, overall good.Second visit and will return, would recommend.Food & drinks: Excellent dinner and breakfast, good drinks very happy with service.
