After walking on the railway line we popped in here for a quick lunch and were very impressed with the service and the food , theres plenty of space inside and seats to enjoy the sunshine outside with a side hatch for ice creams , the owner took our order and was very personable and so we had the Elmer Fudd and the George Double Ya with coffees and a Shake ,both were excellent and coupled with the friendly service from the young staff means the Platform 5 will be a stop for us...read full review

Discoverd this lovely family run cafe while walking the Buchan railway line. Where We greeted with a warm friendly welcome! My friend enjoyed a Panini while l had tasty chilli toastie. Highly recommendSupport Local ☺️

A lovely cafe, we had coffees and bacon rolls which were fine, we purchased some of the other goods that were on sale here, a diffuser and a couple of small bags of coffee beans, there were other items on sale too. Our first visit here as we don’t stay in the village but we’ll certainly return.Parking: Parking is in front of and adjacent to the cafe.
