A £3.50 “lucky bag” not expecting much but three similar items two IDENTICAL all three dated for that day’s consumption so couldn’t even give them away ! Don’t like tomatoes so a quick visit to the Chinese takeaway PS one cheese and tomato toastie and TWO cheese and tomato paninis PPS each item marked half price so obviously heading for the bin if they couldn’t find a sucker !

We have been coming here for some time now. I will say it’s probably my favourite Costa due to the atmosphere, cosy inside and great staff. The location is great also, right next to the river. It has also recently been refurbished which has really opened the space up and given it a bit of life. They’ve done a great job. The reason I deducted the star was the downstairs toilet/baby changing and disabled was out of order for a very very long time. Months and months. I thought it should have been repaired as a matter of urgency however it dragged out which did put me off coming in for a while. I didn’t notice whether it was fixed this time or not.

A great meeting place in the lovely pedestrian precinct of Milngavie. This place is so popular with locals.

The new decor, though clean and shiny, is cold. The workers are great, though.

Always great attention by the staff and good food.

Spent the whole time while having coffee closing the front door as it stays open unless physically shut. In general people do NOT close the door after them. The door was replaced recently and never closes automatically. Please fix this. Thank you.

Once again no disabled toilet this has been ongoing when you have crutches or wheelchair where do you go? This has Been reported to company on daily basis and still nothing done this is illegal and discrimination I want to know why this is not fixed. The staff and service is good but as for the management who run Costa coffee no interest in customers what so ever so anyone who is disabled elderly have young children I would state very strongly DONT GO TO COSTA COFFEE.

This shop is never open on time its now 08.40 and people still standing outside in a busy Saturday morning ...WHY its a very common occurrence with it maybe if Starbucks opened close by would change their outlook
