Very friendly relaxed atmosphere, always is, to be honest so are most of the cafes around Milngavie town centre but this is one where you can boot up the laptop and get some work done.I'd have given it 5 stars but there wasn't a socket (I'm not being petty but it does mean I can charge up if longer than an hour!)
Costa in Milngavie is a hub for the locals lots of mother's with kids meeting for catch ups and other locals alike. It has a few tables outside for people watching in the main precinct in Milngavie. It also has a large upstairs seating area as it such a busy place but you can usually get a seat upstairs at least. The staff are always very friendly in this store it has a more chilled feel than the city centre locations.

A Costa is a Costa so you know the food and drink will be of a consistent quality BUT the difference with this Costa is the staff. Truly exceptional. Wonderfully warm and friendly. Always looking to help you, know locals by name but just as kind to strangers, provide an excellent and welcoming service time and time again. Best Costa in the central belt for sure.
