This is apparently a fresh cooked to order burger! Waited over an hour for delivery then when i called to complain that the burger had been extemely overcooked twice by the looks of it Gemma told me that i was a liar she stood and watched the burger being cooked! Also when i told her i wanted a refund as that food was completely unedible she got extremely hostile telling me she cant authorise refunds so took my details so the owner tracey can call me and organise my refund. Well shops been open for over an hour im still waiting for that call. The customer service in this instance has been as vile as the food i was sent last night!

Ordered via just eat and order arrived and noticed the sausage supper was half the size it was last time despite hitting re-order. Phoned the store manager who fobbed me off and said that's what I ordered and was unable to tell me why it was a full supper last time. I then noticed it was my fault which is fine so sat down to eat it and it was stone cold. Phoned back and asked for it to be collected and send a new one out. She then called me a liar and said it isn't cold. She then said it is freshly made and then in a hot bag, which I get but the food was cold...no other way around it. She then got very aggressive when I asked why she thought it was acceptable to accuse a customer of lying. She then put me on hold for 5 minutes and I heard her talking about me and phoning the owner who has apparently said not to issue a refund despite the fact fact food was stone cold. So basically the owner of this place is happy for me to have spent money on the item and delivery to get an inedible meal. Shame as the food is normally really good.

There was a (nice) lady outside, apparently waiting, so I asked if she had been in already and she said that she had. I went in to the empty shop and was about to order when I was rudely asked to go back out as the lady's order was now ready and she was asked to come in for it. While I am fully aware of the need for social distancing they could have used a bit of common sense (clearly lacking!) and courtesy, and could have taken my order and then politely have asked me to wait outside, which I would happily have done, but instead I was made to feel second class, from someone who clearly cannot integrate common sense with the current safety needs and who instead sees the opportunity to verbalise his own importance. You have lost a customer.......I won't be back!!

I’ve used this shop before mainly at lunchtime, but just arrived home from holiday and phoned a takeaway this was absolutely not fresh! King Rib supper.Phoned and let them know they did offer to send a replacement but I declined after travelling 10hrs I’m totally disappointed ?
