“Excellent, small cafe. Service was very quick, and friendly. We felt very welcome by the lovely lady who served us. The food was incredible- I had the soup of the day, Cream of Courgette, and it was beautiful. We also had some desserts, which were equally amazing. Can’t wait to come back again!”

“Superb! Food was fresh, local and perfectly cooked; scallops perfect, haggis cooked beautifully, lasagne amazing and the tenderest gammon imaginable. Our dog was welcome. Harbour Gold Ale was exquisite and really needs trying. Beautiful setting, views amazing. Couldn't ask for better.”

“Lovely place to stop and have a coffee or a full meal (which we had). Nice friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble.
The only downside, unfortunately, is you have to go up quite a few stairs as only the toilets are on the ground floor.”

“Ordered from here on holiday for a special treat and we were not disappointed! We had mixed pakora and then a lamb passanda and chasni and it was all excellent. The staff were lovely and it’s easily one of the best Indian meals we have had for years - highly recommended”

“Called in here when we were in Wigtown. We were pleasantly surprised to see to was dog friendly. It has a vast menu with some different variation of sandwiches & paninnis. Also soup of the day, more than enough choice to have a full meal here. Very friendly chatty staff & overall a very pleasant place to stop for food & drinks. Toilets are spotlessly clean. A must if you’re in Wigtown.”
