On a weekend break from Glasgow with friends. The host Jack was welcoming and explained the menu. The food was delicious and well presented. The cocktails we had were lovely.The decor of the restaurant and hotel was modern and comfortable.We would definitely return for food and drinks again.
I was hesitant to try Baab after reading mixed reviews. Here's my take on it- this is a top notch restaurant recovering from the Covid downturn with still the occasional blip. Dinner was superb.Very rich, with a lot of flavours. Staff were chatty, kind and helpful. Beer selection not to bad. Watch out for the 10% automatic tip added to bill - I would have left more if they had left it off.
