Pubs in Oban

“My friend and I had dinner here while overnight in Oban. It's a couple of blocks east of the main road. Food was very good and pretty good service. I had the fish and chips which was quite nice, but not the best I have ever had. Nice pub and restaurant.”

“Love this place, been twice whilst visiting Oban great friendly service with a smile and pet friendly, they even supply binoculars for to look over the water. Food is excellent 10/10. Have had lunch and dinner the burgers are really good we the cheese sauce yum yum ?”

“We spent a day In Oban while on a cruise and loved this local pub near the port. Food and pints were great. Fish n chips outstanding. Great pints and amazing staff. Love the outdoor seating on a nice afternoon while relaxing and meeting locals and other visitors.”

“Just been up to Oban on our motorbikes for 6 days , found this Pub as a few locals told us that we could go in and watch Motor GP live from Italy , we went in at 11am on the Saturday 9th Oct and Came out at Midnight, Fantastic pub , Locals were friendly , Bar staff were amazing including Gemma and we had a right laugh , Fantastic Atmosphere, we even went in the next day for a drink , I loved the place tbh, looking forward to going in there on our next visit when we go up next year , 100% loved the Lockavullin , A Big thank you to everyone who made us welcomeJohn …Yorkshire ??”

“Can't comment on the food but it looked good. Guinness poured really nice too. And the Aspell cider. Dog friendly into the bargain and the staff are accommodating with this ensuring our 5 month lab pup had a big bowl of water!”

“We had no advanced reservation and turned up after a long walk hoping they had a table which thankfully they did. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Food was great, very flavoursome and very nicely presented too. Staff were attentive and diligent. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience combined with the view over the harbour at sunset.”
