Definitely one of the prettiest spoons I've been to, very quick service and good food for a quick lunch.

One of the more expensive spoons. Although still representing value for money. Good location being next to ferry port, train station and the water. Undercooked chips. Lots of seating inside and out.Vegetarian options: Yes, plentyDietary restrictions: Very clear menuKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

One of the nicer JD Wetherspoons because of the location and the atmosphere. Some inside seating has nice views across the harbour and the outside seating is great on a hot day. Menu is the usual fare , drinks are reasonably priced and service here via the app is usually prompt . Can be quite busy but we've always managed to find a seat.

Okay food in a big barn of a place. Decent coffee for pre train journey. The service always lets it down. Not at the bar but at the tables. It is not enough to clear the table you have give a wee wipe as well. Possibly poor training and morale.

The restaurant is chaotic and disorganized. Staff is slow, aloof, and rude. We had multiple servers come to our table and none of them seemed to know what was going on. Food is mid-level at best. The baked beans tasted like old tomato sauce. Rolls were dry as anything, bacon was tough and overdone. No salt to be found. I get being busy, but with no organization, it was a crash and burn.

Nicely situated at the coast. The prices for drinks and food are a bit cheaper than elsewhere but the servings are also a bit smaller and rather fast food orientated. Nevertheless, it's a nice place for a good drink and some snacks. The venue is quite big and can house a lot of guests.Vegetarian options: Serves a good range of vegetarian meals.

Quite good rendition of a wetherspoons. Watch out for the bold seagulls if eating outside! Friendly staff and quick service

Dropped by for brunch, I had the vegetarian brunch and it was good, sausages a little cold but nothing that made me unhappy. Waitress that brought food and took plates was really friendly and nice.

I don't tend to enjoy anything large-scale. I generally prefer, smaller, more intimate, settled environments. But I always enjoy my (admittedly infrequent) visits to this venue.I find it the layout spacious, the staff competent and the drink selection truly impressive.I like that I can go in early, on my own, with a laptop and not feel unwelcome. And even when it's full of other noisy parties, it feels like a safe, friendly place. The location is perfect, overlooking the busy bay - hey, you can even sit outside some of the time! Recommended for meeting friends, relatives or lovers.Parking: It's often necessary to cruise in circles for a bit to find a space.

Breakfast deal is great. Ordered the most simple Egg and Cheese Muffin with unlimited tea or coffee. The muffin is excellent ?Afternoon deal is of good price with refill on coffee / tea. Spacious and many tables. Place order via QR code make the process seamlessly. Food quality is average

Wow love eggs like this and multi coloured peas haha. I did tell the server I didn't want the egg they forgot on my mixed grill because I been here before and know what's about to come however he assured me it would be good there just cooking it. Results are shown below lol. Good for a drink. Nothing else.So after my last review the food has been a lot better hopefully they keep it up.

We sat at a window seat with the most beautiful views of Oban. We were in just for drinks! We spent the afternoon in here watching the world go by! Totally chilling, loved it. We will go back here when we next visit Oban?

It was good to be surprised by a Spoons in the busy town of Oban. The location is amazing, right on the harbour overlooking the movement of ferries to the nearby Isles. Decent range of beer including two rotating real ales. Ate there twice and the quality of food was excellent on both occasions. Bar staff were friendly too. A busy venue and definitely worth a visit when in the area.
