Stopped in Oban late in the afternoon on our first leg of our honeymoon doing the NC500, back in September. We took a walk round the pier and noticed this place, it was really busy so we thought we’d keep walking for a bit and come back and get something light to eat. Really looking forward to having their seafood platter but they had a limited menu in November.Ordered everything on their hot menu because it was so cold.Loved the chowder and the mussels are the best I have ever had!They told me they are closing for the winter this Sunday and will only reopen in March.
Loved the location near the water. First time trying oysters, guided by our server who advised me what to do. Really generous portion of King scallops. Free crab sandwich due to time of our visit near closing time.Wheelchair accessibility: Level access.
