A great place for snacks and coffee. Very decorative. The service is also great. The music is often loud which doesn't make it a great place to meet if your older or looking for a quiet hour to read.

I was attracted by the exterior and loved the interior decor. The menu is quite extensive and the portions generous. The young staff are all friendly and helpful and the food was very good.

We had a bad experience last time here with slow service but they couldn’t have been nicer and gave us two free cakes to apologise because it turned out our food hadn’t been put through the system! We decided to give it another go as the food is always great and we were so glad we did. This time round the service couldn’t have been quicker and the girl serving us was so lovely and polite. The menu is extensive, anyone should be able to find something they like. I usually opt for my favourite (soup and a toastie) but have also tried the cooked breakfast and it was very good and big portion sizes. Just has a really home cooked cosy vibe to the food and the cafe itself. A great find in Paisley.

Great food and service. The breakfast was great (especially the black pudding) and the service was great with nothing being too much trouble. Good value for money (you get coffee and toast included). Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and we will be back. Would recommend a visit (my wife loved the selection of cakes picking the largest strawberry tart I have ever seen).

What a delicious treat for the taste buds. The food is outstanding, all made on the premises home baking, soup, sandwiches and lots lots more. The staff are friendly and the decor is very pleasing with historical pictures of old town paisley throughout the restaurant. There is also a seating area outside ( if the weather allows ) Even your furry friend is catered for with water. I would definitely recommend Cafe Fairfull if your visiting paisley or live in the area, it’s worth going into the town for. ?

A lot of effort in the ambience and decorations in the cafe. Staff was friendly, served and food came out in good time and the breakfast was amazing value. Would definitely come back!

Service v slow and had to ask the staff twice to serve me. My coffee arrived without milk and sausage roll arrived without sauce despite asking for both. Salt in the wound was being charged £3:45 for the coffee which was small at best.

Went there for lunch with my friend on Tuesday. Portion size was perfect to match the prize. Would recommend.Kid-friendliness: They allow kids.
I had a ham salad ,it was two rounds of ham cut in half and rolled on a bed of lettuce and a few tomatoes cut in half and a few slices if cucumber cut in half and red onions ,a basket of lovely chips and a couple of onion rings. That was £10 ,it was very nice but I have to say I left a lot of lettuce and made a comment like ' I think they think I'm a rabbit. The young lady who served us was very pleasant .

First class customer service, it's a decent idea think it's a shame the area around it is showing how much the town centre has declinedParking: It's a shame towns and cities are making parking/driving awkward especially for cafe's

Food is pretty shocking. Menu is too big for any sort of quality to be served, poor kitchen staff working tirelessly at the hands of an ignorant business owner. All bakery items are excellent as well as the team working day in, day out baking them all.Staff were lovely however unfortunately a lot of young inexperienced workers ran off their feet with little to no guidance and support from management. Such a shame as I’ve heard lots of the same stories about Fairfulls, used to be lovely for what it was however it’s now very dated and poor quality. Plenty of decent places to go for a soup & sandwich

Soup and sandwich lunch. Chicken and rice soup was wonderful. Not much you can do with a tuna toastie. Service very friendly and great value for money.
