Excellent. This is now our favourite destination. Staff are all very friendly. If there is anywhere within a 50mile radius offering better steak pie at this price I've yet to go there. Normally I'd take chips, those served here are quite unique and excellent, however, recently I've opted for mash which is terrific and huge!. Easy 5⭐️.
This is a very "basic" pub decor-wise. You could be put off when you walk in for lunch. BUT...they have a SUPER varied food menu (pages of it!). The food itself is EXCELLENT with big portions. And the prices are very reasonable. PLUS the service is excellent. Friendly staff, attentive without being intrusive. Small but VERY CLEAN Ladies toilet (effort has been made there). Don't let appearances fool you...for lunch, this place is a GEM!!

Proper pub not far from Paisley Gilmour Street railway station. Friendly staff. Reasonable selection of drinks though many of the taps have been off on the past few visits. The best karaoke in Paisley on weekends (Fri/Sat) by far (and I'd argue better than any you'd find in Glasgow too!) - great setup, fair queueing system, get through songs quickly with no breaks between songs with wireless mics and loads of screens for lyrics and great punters. Also takes card.
