We stopped in to get some dinner,however ended up breaking down in the car park. The staff were absolutely fantastic and accommodated us out of the cold and helped keep us warm until closing. One of the employees named Ben who was incredible went above and beyond his role and tried to help us by jumpstarting our car to no avail.Could not have asked for a better place to break down

Got our order from the drive thru, was absolutely stone cold, handed it back and what we got was just as bad so i wasnt wasting my breath going back in. Staff looked all stoned out their box and and completely uninterested. Poor is an understatement.

The order process on the touch-sceen panel is not clear enough - maybe thought because we eat KFC food once per year. My husband needed to clean the table for us to use - so it is a bit off-putting.

It's like my twentieth visit here where we ordered for takeaway and every time we have ordered takeaway they miss part of the order, usually the main part of a meal or get something wrong. I'm just absolutely over it. The staff have a checklist of food to add to bags and they can't even follow it. I know it's not all the staff and it's probably just a bad day for someone or the like but it's an absolute joke. The place wasn't even busy when we placed our order so that wasn't a reason. Only reason I still use the place is cos it's so convenient location wise which just makes me annoyed at myself. ???

not a clean table to be found bins were overflowing floor needed a good sweep .outside didn't fair much better .use need to get a cleaning team in like macdonalds IParking: car park was big enough but that could be down to kirb appeal .as it was full of litter not good for and eaten establishments

Good start with a lad throwing his cup out the car window. I understand why when I went inside with rubbish stacked on the overflowing bins. The chicken bites I had were dry. Definitely won't be back.

Well where do we start. Tables were filthy even though the place was empty. Debris littered the floor. Bins were overflowing both inside and outside. I asked to speak to the duty manager and a very young boy who had been standing in full view drinking a bottle of juice came over. I told him what the problem was and he did not seem the slightest bit interested. There were at least 4/5 staff members all standing about chatting. We sat in the car eating ice cream for about 15 minutes and it did not appear that anyone moved to do anything. Won't be back.
