The order process on the touch-sceen panel is not clear enough - maybe thought because we eat KFC food once per year. My husband needed to clean the table for us to use - so it is a bit off-putting.
It's like my twentieth visit here where we ordered for takeaway and every time we have ordered takeaway they miss part of the order, usually the main part of a meal or get something wrong. I'm just absolutely over it. The staff have a checklist of food to add to bags and they can't even follow it. I know it's not all the staff and it's probably just a bad day for someone or the like but it's an absolute joke. We stopped in to get some dinner,however ended up breaking down in the car park. The staff were absolutely fantastic and accommodated us out of the cold and helped keep us warm until closing. One of the employees named Ben who was incredible went above and beyond his role and tried to help us by jumpstarting our car to no avail.Could not have asked for a better place to break down
