Had to wait at Glasgow Airport for family arriving from a different part of the UK. After my flight landed early. StarBucks was rammed... no surprise, however staff greeted customers and processed orders quickly. Tables with rubbish on was cleared and cleaned quickly. Once I was seated realised my coffee lacked caramel... However I approached Jamie one of the Barristas to ask if he could add a shot. Pretty bad service, staff chucking my egg and bacon muffin to other member of staff then dropping it but still serving it. No thanks or greeting at all by 3 staff that were just standing there not doing anything. Not what I'm used to at a Starbucks and a bit of customer service training wouldn't go amiss here
