The lady with the PINK hair really needs to work on her attitude towards the public!

Hot chocolate came warm and tasteless, went back to see if we could get a bit more chocolate added in which guy squirted 1 bit in each cup, still tasted disgusting I could not drink as so cold went up asked for another one which I got that was warmer, my husband gave up and said he could not drink. £7.50 down the drain 😡

Great place to have some quality coffee and kill time waiting for friends / family or flights .

Had to wait at Glasgow Airport for family arriving from a different part of the UK. After my flight landed early. StarBucks was rammed... no surprise, however staff greeted customers and processed orders quickly. Tables with rubbish on was cleared and cleaned quickly. Once I was seated realised my coffee lacked caramel... However I approached Jamie one of the Barristas to ask if he could add a shot. I was pleasantly surprised how he explained he would make it fresh as it wouldn't taste as nice. Literally remade it in under 2 minutes. Really polite and all together a pleasant experience. Its human error to make mistakes and was rectified with exceptional customer service. Thank you :)

£3.20 for a kids hot chocolate... Daylight robbery!

Pretty bad service, staff chucking my egg and bacon muffin to other member of staff then dropping it but still serving it. No thanks or greeting at all by 3 staff that were just standing there not doing anything. Not what I’m used to at a Starbucks and a bit of customer service training wouldn’t go amiss here

I ordered a porridge and an almond milk latte at this location on June 19th around 8:30 am. The staff and service were fine but within a few hours of eating I became violently ill with food poisoning. I was retching and had a high fever for 24 hours with lingering nauseousness still almost a week later. These two things were the only thing I ate at all that morning so somewhere in there was the culprit.

Lady serving was downright rude. Not representative of Glasgow people. Made to feel as welcome as a fart in a lift. Regular traveller from Glasgow. First and last time in Starbucks

Bakery items have been sitting out and are gross. My food literally tasted dusty. Was also given the wrong drink.

Starbucks, with the usual fair. Large sitting/waiting are all inside so ample room if you are here on pickup and are simply waiting.
Service very slow only 2 staff on duty .where are the management team.

Wouldn't go here. If you though Starbucks was expensive enough, IT'S EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE HERE! Rip off Airports again.

A Starbucks as any other Starbucks. Staf is friendly. Cleaning the tables is realy a point that need more attention.

One star doesn't reflect customer service and this place as it's great. And I'm happy with service but in general I don't like this corporation for its tax avoidance practice in uk
