Hands down the worst Chinese I've ever had in the uk. The curry sauce was like water with no flavour at all.. There has to be better options in the area.

Waited over 90 mins for order on a Sunday evening, food was cold on arrival and forgot drinks, food/delivery is a hit or miss!

It’s a takeaway so atmosphere is n/a.The food was alright, nothing special. They service was prompt and they were happy to make the changes I asked for.

I use Jade Palace once a week. Fantastic food, very quick service, polite staff. It's my go to chinese?

Total waste of money. We don’t live close so didn’t expect the food to be that hot which it was but the chips were undercooked, the crispy shredded chicken barely had chicken and seemed like it was yesterday’s and then reheated. The chicken chow mein was OK but that’s about as good as it got. Won’t be going here again.

The spare ribs were all cut small and very grizzly. The beef curry sauce was lovely but the beef was ver poor quality and also grizzly.

The guy on the desk could not have been more ignorant if he tried, put my meal down at the end of the desk where the glass partition stopped and just walked away to carry on whatever he was doing. Then gets home and 1 meal was wrong, even worse it had mushrooms in it which my wife, who the meal was for, is allergic to mushrooms. Shocking service so will never be back
