This place was amazing when we visited last year for a couples meal and couldn't falut it absolutely delicious. However we were down again for the horse races and remembered the memorable pizza we had there so decided to go again. Pizza was OK, base is bland but crispy and generally OK just shame as its definitely not what it was and i don't think I'll be back unfortunately .
Really disappointed by my recent visit. Had been a few years back and thought it was great, but it was like a different place this time. A big chunk of the menu wasn't available (as in, no burgers or steaks, fish or onion rings? a bit unfortunate on a friday night!), but that's ok since you'd hope they can focus on the authentic italian dishes, the pastas and pizzas. Nice food, and happy staff. We thought it was closed at first (about 8pm) but we walked in and were served quickly. Pleasant wine. Nice pizza and four cheese pasta. All good on a chilly evening.
