Lovely unexpected find down a side street. Great friendly service, sat outside and we had 2 Neck Oils and 2 pints of pale ale which was excellently kept.Massive selection of spirits. Very impressive and great atmosphere both inside and in the front courtyard.
Small, friendly - priority seems to be social interaction rather than loud music, zero mobile signal ?? card and board games available to play. I've not sat in a pub like this in over 40 years, love it.

I was in town walking the dog when I passed and decided to pop in for a well deserved pint. I was met with a very friendly barmaid who listed the various lagers they had . I sat down in the very cosy bar and enjoyed my drink. The bar was quite busy for a Monday afternoon and it was a great atmosphere.
