Great seafood oriented restaurant. Loved every bite of the food. Had Cullen Skink soup,Haggis and black pudding stack, fish & chips, seafood pie, and sticky toffee pudding. Worth the $$

The Cullen skink was a good sized, delicious bowl of loveliness for £8.50. Highly recommendedThe fish pie (main) was very dry and tiny - literally a third in size of the soup and cost £20. Don’t order it! Such a shame. Waste of moneyStaff were lovely

Excellent fish and seafood restaurant located on Portree Harbour. The staff are charming, friendly, very helpful. The food is plentiful and very fresh.A restaurant to eat absolutely if you pass through Portree. Please note the management does not take reservations if you arrive and the restaurant is full you will have to queue (between 1/2 hour and an hour) but it is worth the detour.

It was closed for 2023, big disappointment. Maybe a heads up on Trip Advisor would be a good idea.
Scampi was off tasting and the fries fish was dry and tough.

Fantastic food and service. We went there twice as the food was so good. Can't recommend this place highly enough! And they have decent wines too!

Great menu, we ate there twice during our four night stay on Skye. Best to get in early if you want a particular dish that may sell out. Good varied menu, fresh seafood expertly cooked. Good wine list, greta service. Quick service if you want it, but not rushed out if we wanted to linger. As they do not take bookings we queued about 15 minutes before opening....got in right away.

Co op food from down the road served in a restaurant at very high prices.I had sea bass, my partner the fish pie. Sea bass tasted like a ready meal, "boil in the bag" type, from any supermarket (co op...), very bland, nothing close to special or restaurant expectations, served with poorly cooked veg that wasn't even seasoned at all. It even had baby corn in it, so you know it's a frozen bag from the co op down the road. And if it isn't then they might as well... Mine was about £24. £24...Fish pie - really small, honestly barely any fish in it, and it said on the menu served with "crusty bread", which was actually just a slice of co op brown bread from down the road. And it had a big chunk of roe in the pie, which wasn't mentioned on the menu... Because no one would want that because it isn't nice... That was about £17.Just ridiculous. We didn't pay and told them how unhappy we both were with our food. The waitress was lovely and no issues at all. It's sad such a beautiful restaurant exists with the sole purpose of ripping people off by not caring about the food they serve and charging high prices just to make money. There are many places like this in the world, "tourist traps" you may call them.
