First time visiting this Costa and the staff were lovely and friendly! Ordered a cheese and ham toastie and it was delicious, it was presented nicely too! My hot chocolate was so tasty, my parner ordered a flat white and really enjoyed it too! ☕️ Laurence served us and was really friendly and helpful, the shop was tidy and the cakes were presented spot on! I would 100% recommend, thank you!

A nice Costa with lovely staff. The food in Costa has fewer gf options than in past years, and it is either very sugary or also vegan and very fake tasting, which is disappointing as Costa used to be an excellent choice for a gf sweet treat.

Terrible experience in here. Your man with the lobes has a terrible attitude, bossing customers around, storming around, banging cupboards. He wouldn’t allow mugs to be taken out to the outside sitting area. Quite clearly on a power trip. Not a great work environment for the other staff trying to do a good job.

this is the 3rd time I've visited this Costa since moving here, I needed to give it the benefit of the doubt that maybe id just caught them on bad days previously but no I think they are just a slightly sullen crew who don't make eye contact, don't crack a smile and need a wee lesson in customer service and care. This could be an amazing coffee shop, the coffee is great just cheer the staff up..

Girl who served us v grumpy, was not happy to b there. think she had a bat tattoo?? Got 2 hot choccys and both had lumpy choccy powder not mixed well enough or milk not hot enough. Food was okay but Ayr Costa ova pwick
