Nice place, just be careful if you stay a bit longer you will receive a ticket from parking, even being a quiet place with lots of parking spaces

Came in after a cinema date in Edinburgh Just fancied a mcds as you do. Stood for about 10 min waiting to be served nothing, then I had to ask if I could get served I was greet with a grumpy face saying I had to order front he terminal and get a receipt and pay at the till with cash. Found you later that an other server took cash and served a customer at the till ??? Food was fine. Also the person that I was greeted was the manager called Hannah just rude and grumpy. Very poor customer service lacks a smile ?? Some one above needs to have a word on how to treat customers ?

We didn't have a great meal at McDonald's as the chips were from the heater and the chicken burger was small the only thing good was the milkshakes and the apple pie

Pretty sure everyone feels the same. Service level for dining in has seriously plummeted since the introduction of delivery orders. Wait times for food are at least double what they used to be. McDs really need to look at the whole model again. Certainly can't class themselves as fast food outlets anymore. We were over an hour .

We have visited many times over the past month as we have a poorly relative in queensferry and this is convenient. Every time we go in Cory is there with a smile on her face, no matter what job she is doing she does it well and always pleasant and happy. Good job Cory

Ordered and paid through mobile app. Mobile app applied the discount. When I have been for collection, staff asked me to pay the discount price. It's clearly mentioned as discount in the order bill. They insist me to pay and I said no. After few minutes they agreed. Also, They have missed my dip selections.

Went in as I was travelling late made an order inside two the main things were missing from my order which equates to about £8. Didn't realise until I was on the motorway more to the point shouldn't have to double check an order is correct.

If you like cold saggy fries and food that looks like nothing on the menus photos then grab a Mcdees... and a 25 minute wait for that little extra.
Typical Mcds food, we didn't want to use the large touch screens but we're told you have to use them even if you want to pay cash, seems you place your order on the screen then cancel the payment then pay at the till. Seems a bit of a faf. Quicker paying by card, hello to a cashless societyParking: Can get busy but use the overflow spaces adjacent to Mcds.

A special shout to Ebony who took time to ensure I could transfer my works breakfast menu onto the app. It may be overlooked that some customers may not be able to read and she was remarkably kind to ensure that I got the assistance I needed. It’s this level of kindness and observation that comes from both family and peers. It can’t be taught. In my case I was tired from helping others. It was lovely to be helped too!

Atmosphere is what it is, a fast food joint. Not much to be expected. Certainly kept clean enough most of the time. Staff are very friendly when chatting or being served but tend to ignore you when you're at the counter and have to shout over to get someone's attention but always very apologetic. I think they assume anyone near the counter is waiting for their order though. Not to take away from as I said very friendly, helpful smiley despite being busy or under pressure. Keep their cool and seem to thrive in it and always happy to help. Some of the staff stand out as exceptional customer service provider's and that should be noted. Service always with a smile. The food is good. Hot and fresh. Never had any issues. Kudos to the chefs ? . Asset to the mcdonalds chain and a far cry from the awful stories you hear about makes this mcdonalds head n shoulders above other branches. Give em a wee Christmas bonus ?

Don't believe the 1* review lies... Just had 5* experience. No queue, quick service, knowledgeable server. In and out less than 5 mins with cheap and delicious food. Cost me 10.07 for a late night snack. Don't believe the haters. Haters gonna hate.
