Came in after a cinema date in Edinburgh Just fancied a mcds as you do. Stood for about 10 min waiting to be served nothing, then I had to ask if I could get served I was greet with a grumpy face saying I had to order front he terminal and get a receipt and pay at the till with cash. Found you later that an other server took cash and served a customer at the till ??? Food was fine. Also the person that I was greeted was the manager called Hannah just rude and grumpy. Pretty sure everyone feels the same. Service level for dining in has seriously plummeted since the introduction of delivery orders. Wait times for food are at least double what they used to be. McDs really need to look at the whole model again. Certainly can't class themselves as fast food outlets anymore. We were over an hour .

We have visited many times over the past month as we have a poorly relative in queensferry and this is convenient. Every time we go in Cory is there with a smile on her face, no matter what job she is doing she does it well and always pleasant and happy. Good job Cory
