Standard supermarket, but far more expensive than say Tesco or Asda. As Morrisons set up shop where there is no competition from other retailers, they can get away with charging far more than you'd expect to pay elsewhere.Customer service is okay.
The poor Lady called "Rose" was trying to manage the tobacco/lotto section and customer service desk. I was collecting an order but no one there just Rose, serving the line of people for tobacco/lotto. She managed to call someone to get my order in between orders.Someone came with my order and left it for Rose to deal with as she needed to go back on tills. Always a good selection of products. Staff are friendly but I have stopped going for 2 reasons - prices seem higher than other supermarkets and they have stopped making their own scones, even though they were very popular.
