“Popped in for a pub lunch after work on a Friday (although been here many times). A very satisfying steak pie and a couple of nice pints. Friendly bar staff and a cracking playlist. They also have live music 6 nights a week, and a quiz on Sunday. What more do you need?”

Met het oog op het naderende Halloween was de hele pub grandioos versierd. “Beautiful old farm restored and converted into a restaurant. It has outdoor and indoor sitting. It’s advised to make a reservation as it seems to be a busy place, especially on weekends and evenings. The staff is very kind and helpful, the food is delicious, and prices are reasonable. Stirling has lots of places to eat, but this one has a great variety of dishes which makes it a great choice for anyone. They also accommodate for your needs in terms of dietary requirements. My husband and I ordered different dishes. He ordered Chicken Parmigiana and he says it is the best he’s ever had and I agree. I ordered Scottish Lamb Shank but asked to have the potatoes replaced by season vegetables and they did not disappoint! The seasoning in both dishes was just perfect!
