Great range of classic American/grill foods, also available for takeaway.Food & drinks: A lot of food options with great burgers and a massive range of cocktails, all at a great price. Good for small and large groups.

My father is appalled from this horrible place. My dog’s friend’s auntie’s birthday was today and we were s on excited because we hade never came here before. But then we were to we couldn’t come until next year. I was horrified but that was not it over. We then got told to sit down we had to wait 4 hours for our food and my friends didn’t even get theirs. None of us were asked politely if we got our food. NOT COMING BACK EVER AGAIN!

Food is always 10/10. Best burgers ever.Service is always sadly really slow, always seem understaffed in Stirling which is a shame because they are all so nice but they can’t keep up with the amount of people dining which isn’t their fault.

Went in for partners birthday and took us to a table and sprayed it half wiped it and came back 5 mins later to give us menu. Then left didn't ask us for drinks and we waited 12 mins and nobody came back. Wasn't even many people in. We walked out. Won't be back

Been to the Falkirk restaurant and always had good service, thought we'd try Stirling when out for my wife's birthday. Upon entering, we were told there would be a 15 minute wait for a table so we ordered a cocktail, which was nice, and were then shown to our table shortly afterwards. After 20 minutes of looking at the menu with no attention from any of the waiting staff, I found one and was told that since they were 'very busy with a table of ten' that there would be a 45 minute wait for food. It was at this point that we paid up, left, and were very confused as to why we weren't told this when we came in initially. As we left, more people were being shown to tables. Really disappointing service, and put me off coming back any time soon.

Food expensive, small portions and so so bland. Couldnt eat the Mac cheese. Honestly disgusting. Was plain dry pasta with melted tasteless cheese on top. No beer left either. Shoved in a corner sandwiched although other spaces available. Server face fell when we asked for a few mins to decide as no beer, then she took ages as if deliberately, overall not great experience. Been better before but now will go elsewhere. Not worth spending extra cash in here.

We recently visited Monterey Jack's Stirling branch for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon, the place seemed extremely quiet so it actually took the waiter a few minutes to notice me and my wife were waiting to be seated, luckily he spotted us and sat us in a lovely corner two seater just by the staircase. I wanna start this review by saying I love the aesthetic of the restaurant and the entire vibe they've went for... Spot on, HOWEVER running a hoover over the staircase we were sat next to would be a good start on cleanliness especially when it's eye level with our table. We began our dining experience by placing a drinks order which reached us quickly and then we ordered food, which to be honest tasted great, fresh and was very good value for money BUT this is where we shortly arrived at our first issue. The service was so extremely slowwwwww, it didn't seem busy at all but with only one waiter covering 5/6 tables, serving food, cleaning, serving drinks etc the real issue in this place felt like staffing as once we'd been served our mains we felt forgotten about as the wait times between courses was lengthy but with only one waiter what else could really be done .... Dessert was mediocre at best and tasted like pre-made chocolate brownie, shop bought sauce and Mr whippy ice cream, nothing special at all. Maybe evening meals here would be better if there's more waiting staff serving the tables because the main meal itself was tasty it's just a shame the dessert was so poor, wait times between courses were lengthy and the cleanliness on that staircase looked like something from the Lost Arc in Indiana Jones.
