It's OK, a wee bit run down, but think the covid lockdown hit the place pretty bad. Went for the Stonehaven Folk Festival, and the music etc was good.

Stayed for one night meeting friends in town. Very warm welcome, and lovely comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to en suite. Friendly staff and great breakfast included with vegan and vegetarian options. Garden looked lovely. Will definitely be back in summer. Thank you everyone!!

Cosy pub. Decent beer and food. Nice beer garden in summer. Food is good pub grub. Roast on Sundays. Always specials on the menu. Beer Garden is lovely. Tuesday is now Tapas night.

I did spend one night here. Everthing was fine besides the shower in the shared bathroom, because it was broken. Still did enjoy my stay.
Lovely peaceful stay, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great! There was Netflix on the TV in the room which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast included in the price was the cherry on the top.

Friendly staff, great drinks selection, dog friendly and a brilliant beer garden. Highly recommended a visit. We didn't stay here so don't know about the rooms but the bar is great

lovely hotel, somewhat older but nice and clean. Beer garden is a plus, and the full Scottish breakfast is highly recommended. The staff also allowed us to store our luggage until we had visited Stonehaven (we came by train). For some reason, we had separate beds; no prob, my mistake maybe...
