Great food, friendly staff in a unique setting. My wife and myself have been there a few times and have never had anything to complain about.

Outstanding little place right next to the platform at Tain station. Amazing service, food good value for money and very tasty. Server knew about history of the building and just a great experience overall, well done!

Relaxing, great atmosphere, great tea and coffee. Scones not brilliant although they look nice. Easy out of the way place, lucky to park.

this is the 2nd year we have been here for lunch in December. They have a lovely Christmassy atmosphere and the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. The food is ridiculously good, worth every penny. this has probably becoming a little tradition of ours but we'll definitely not be waiting a year to eat here again!

Wonderful building and quirky interior, welcomed by the staff on arrival. Sat in bar area as had our dog with us. Food and service was of a high standard. Lovely Christmas decorations. Would visit again when back up in Scotland.
What a hidden treasure!! Taken your time, including a tour at the toilet :-) People are super friendly and helpfull.

Beautiful and tasteful restoration of original (1864?) railway building with bare stone walls and wood burner. Very friendly and helpful staff, food was excellent.... Highly recommended!!

High point of our day trip to Dunrobin from our hotel in Nairn. 40 years of restaurant management in USA and this place excels in every aspect. Only thing I left wanting was a tall glass of Sweet Tea. This perfect service was definitely not a fluke….a perfect example of perfect training from kitchen to table.

I had a fantastic meal here, served by a very efficient, friendly young lady. The restaurant was spotlessly clean as were the toilets. There is ample parking available, and the town centre is within easy walking distance.

Stopped off for lunch while waiting for a taxi to take me on the last leg of a long journey and was really impressed: the best coffee of my entire holiday and a pretty good toasted sandwich too! Oh, and in the run-up to Halloween they had two of the most impressively-carved pumpkins I have ever seen!
