We stayed at the Carnegie Hotel, on 2 separate occasions, and for 2 nights each time. Staying in a different room each time, both rooms were clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. Both shower rooms were good.Heather contacted us well in advance each time, with information on room and dining menu. You have to order your meals by 3 o'clock, from a very good selection.
