Would give this 6 stars if possible. What a phenomenal stay we had! The staff was excellent and catered to our every need. The house itself has the most unique and interesting design I've ever stayed in. Different rooms throughout the house modeled after a different part of the whisky making process.The whisky bar in the Gold Room was exceptional. Knowledgeable staff could sit and talk about whisky for ages! Learn about it, taste different drams, etc.The food was also very high-end. 5 star. Though we only had the breakfast. Best croissants in Scotland made at this little house!

Carnegie Lodge Hotel

Platform 1864

Outstanding little place right next to the platform at Tain station. Amazing service, food good value for money and very tasty. Server knew about history of the building and just a great experience overall, well done!

Meikle Ferry Station

Lovely place, really good food. Felt at ease not a pain and most of all safe. I have a food allergy which I carry an epi pen for and feeling safe is important. The service was excellent and already looking forward to going back.

Visited on Tuesday morning and bought various pies and a had to have a couple of cream cakes, and all I can say is "ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS" can't wait for my nxt visit in a few weeks mmmmm

Rosie and her Team in Tain are an absolute credit to the company. We ordered a Cake for our daughters birthday and it was beautiful. The service at Tain branch is fabulous and the food is wonderful. Because of the high standards and customer service I would highly recommended this ships to anyone and we will now always return to Harry Gow for all our birthday cakes! Well done to all the team and thank you for helping to create a special day.

Greens Restaurant Tain

Visited for our wedding anniversary lunch. Warmly welcomed by the staff who were attentive throughout without being intrusive. Several vegetarian options. Our meals were delicious, beautifully presented and the portion size was just right. So lucky to have Greens so close to home. Thank you all!

Asda Tain Supermarket

Standard supermarket lots of parking and a petrol station thats automatic. The supermarket has people like me sat outside with the dog waiting for there wife and kids to do the shopping but selection looks good and its convenient for us stopping in a holiday cottage.

Mansfield Castle

This was such a great place to stay! The food was delightful and had a great variety. The service was impeccable and everyone was so friendly! Our room was cozy and I love the color scheme. My only complaint is that it is time for new mattresses. The bar was charming and the grounds were well kept. They even have a castle cat named Lucky.
