We booked into South Beach Hotel, Troon for an overnight. We loved the room we were given, dog friendly on the ground floor with access to a little private patio area situated overlooking very well kept garden area with patio table and chairs. We ordered a snack from the bar which was delicious. We had dinner in the evening and breakfast this morning. I bought a coach group of 29 in from the Isle of Wight for 5 nights in July 23, and I have to say from phoning the hotel while on our journey to leaving we all had a blast! Not a single complaint! The rooms were welcoming, characterful and, in my opinion, still showed the hotel in its glory! All the rooms I viewed were large with great views and amenities.
