Just recently came across this wee place, staff always friendly at reception. Our order came with veg when we had asked for non, I called a little upset as was hungry. The women called us back to say they would remake our order! Myself and partner was happy with this.It couldn’t be delivered as driver had left. However, staff would Have arranged this.I’ve ordered a few times now from here. Meal deal is so reasonable 8.80For crispy shredded chicken in curry sauce, bbq rins and rice and it’s tasty! Honestly the best Chinese we've had in a long time. Chicken is always tender, ribs falls off the bones, chow mein is just bang on. Me and kids are so fussy but the best one so far.

Waited over2 hours for food. Again no free prawn crackers. Have phoned them twice before about this. We used to get a small bag free because we spend over£20 now nothing. We also used to get a few free spring rolls when we first used them, now nothing and we eat here twice a week. The food is good but service is awful. They have just lost a customer

Not recommendedOrdered shredded duck chowmein with no vegAnd chicken balls in batter with curry sauce instead of sweet and sour sauceAnd guess what I got?Chow mein with veg and sweet and sour sauce.They never read the notes on checkoutAnd when you call them they say its the customers fault and not theirs.and would not come and pick the order back up.BRING BACK THE OLD MANAGERThey offered 10% of my next order when I explained that I do not eat vegetables as they make me illWon't be ordering again from them

First time using this takeaway as my local in harthill was shut . Have to say food was decent quality and good portions and solid value for money . Hmm tough choice now where to go next time I want a Chinese takeaway . Thx GB

Just heard it's new owners, thought the actual food was tasty but really mean with the sauce, would have to provide ample sauce in order for me to order from Golden Bowl again

DO NOT RECCOMEND - I ordered chicken satay and salt and pepper chips. the chips were more salt than anything and the chicken satay is completely different! satay sauce is absolutely not satay sauce. will not be back, wish management was never changed.

Ordered lemon chicken with sweet n sour sauce. Chicken was so chewy, it looked re cooked, and the batter on it was brick hard, not tasty at all.
I have always had a good meal from here the place is clean tidy and the staff are very friendly

Dreadful customer service via Just Eat. Waited over an hour and was then told it would be another 45 minutes. Refused to let us cancel. 2 hours and 30 minutes later we called to complain, again. Asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund given. Staff were rude, refused and put the phone down. Called again and same thing- we also heard them taking the piss about our complaint as they chatted with the phone off the hook.Three and a half hours later and still no food. Just Eat eventually agreed to refund us direct.They don't deserve your order or money. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
