Waited over2 hours for food. Again no free prawn crackers. Have phoned them twice before about this. We used to get a small bag free because we spend over£20 now nothing. We also used to get a few free spring rolls when we first used them, now nothing and we eat here twice a week. The food is good but service is awful. They have just lost a customer
First time using this takeaway as my local in harthill was shut . Have to say food was decent quality and good portions and solid value for money . Hmm tough choice now where to go next time I want a Chinese takeaway . Thx GB

Honestly the best Chinese we've had in a long time. Chicken is always tender, ribs falls off the bones, chow mein is just bang on. Me and kids are so fussy but the best one so far.
