Popped in as a last resort after trying all the other places in the town. The barman/landlord was very friendly and helpful. Good beer too.

Fantastic bustling pub with live music in Bishops Castle. Visited on Boxing Day evening, really nice friendly atmosphere, packed with all age groups. Big choice of beer.

You get what you pay for - sheer upper class dining no bog standard pub grub here. Dogs welcome. Lovely staff and everyone in the area are just so warm, welcoming and friendly.Vegetarian options: If you notify staff of your dietary requirements then they will be catered for.Kid-friendliness: Small children are welcome and was many kids there upon our visit 16th September 2023

Not sure why it's tagged as a Brewery as offering was Ludlow ales. Didn't appear to be anything brewed on site. That aside service was good. Useful outside space if not a bit tired.

Organising a reunion for 40 people we booked a cold buffet for last Sunday afternoon (yesterday). Great value for money, excellent quality food and super service from Mandy and her team. What a fantastic afternoon! The staff were amazing. Provided an excellent buffet for 40 of us! Great choice of sandwiches and incredible cakes and ice cream. Live music to round off the brilliant afternoon.

We did like this pub and they stock very good beers, but they seemed to shut quite early or not be open even though they were supposed to be, so you never knew when you could go. We intended to eat one evening but found they were shut (at 8PM!). We did eat there one lunchtime and it was very nice/

What a gem of a place, really well priced and some live music, absolutely fantastic but the reason it gets top marks is because of the staff and owners. When most pubs would say that they are full, this one pulls out every bit of furniture going in order to try and keep everyone happy, also dog friendly. Never known customer service like it. Keep up the good work and remember to give your staff plenty of praise...

We have just had the best fish and chips! The fish was beautifully cooked and lovely chips with a nice crunch! I don’t usually write reviews but I want everyone to know how good these are!!! Really, really good- get down to the Six Bells for a real treat???
