Today we visited Santa in his groto. What a magical experience so well done. The elves were smiley and very attentive and Santa was just the best the girls (and Adults) really enjoyed it a big thank you to all ?
I would have given them 4 stars but the place was in a right mess. Their getting everywhere ready for Xmas & couldn't really have a good look around plus the waitress forgot our knifes and forks for our meal. We had jacket potatoes cheese and beans. It's not a good as Hollybushs restaurant there's was better. Ho well it's just my opinion ? The waitress did apologise only because I pointed it out. We like the one at Galley on the A5 there nice and friendly in the restaurant.

The staff were welcoming, and they offered a good variety of products. Although the café service was sluggish, the cooked breakfast was unfortunately cold upon serving. They are accommodating to dogs, except in the food hall, and there is ample parking space available.
