Service is slow but due to staff shortages.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but difficult and the toilet is tucked away.Dietary restrictions: Some vegan and gluten free options available but limited.

Lovely place to grab a nice drink, good variety of drinks super friendly staff, can get very busy at the weekend so be prepared to wait but is definitely worth the wait

I’ve had the same chocolate brownie frappé at different Costas in the county recently. They’re usually good even from this Costa. But the one I had today was disappointing. It hardly had any flavour. The staff member that served me, I hadn’t seen before so perhaps she was new. Please refrain from being so stingy with the syrups in the future, my drink mostly tasted of milk. But by the time I noticed, it was too late to tell anyone.

Checked online and on the app and the store should've been open until 18:00, I placed a click and collect at 17:16 and arrived at 17:22, to find the store was closed with a handwritten note in the window saying they were only open 10:00-14:00.No response from Costa as to why the app and the website weren't updated or whether I will be receiving a refund for my order. Absolutely disgusting!

Popped into Ludlow Costa coffee ☕ during our visit to the town. This branch is centrally located. The staff was very nice and took our order promptly. The seating areas was clean as was the ? ? . Overall we enjoyed our morning coffee ☕ and hot chocolate we had . ??
