Lovely setting with pleasant staff and nice food. Very interesting building, particularly upstairs. Classic tea room & we enjoyed our visit. Couple of options for dietary requirements.
Lovely litte cafe with outdoor seating at the side. Very nice tea, recommend the family blend. Victoria sponge, coffee and walnut cake and fruit scones were very nice. Pleasant and friendly service.

Very cute! Tea was delicious and I loved all of the different tea cups and tea pots. My roast beef sandwich was okay but I think I just don’t like English sandwiches very much because I found this throughout the country not just here. The lemon cake I had was very yummy. They are definitely not designed to have you take things to go but they made an effort to find things for us to put our food in. Plan to stay and eat your food and drink your tea.
