Never been to a Subway before but were staying in Ludlow and decided to pop in to buy a quick snack. We were pleasantly surprised as we were able to choose our fillings in the rolls and thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was quick and efficient and gloves were worn at all times. The food was cheaper than I had expected.

Just popped in here on our way home from our break away. Forget impressions the place was very very clean and there was no que so we were served very quickly. The gentleman whom served us (dark hair. Glasses. Music tattoo behind his ear, unfortunately I didnt get his name) was very very pleasant. Served us quickly and explained the toasty machine was broken which is fine. Things happen. We had a rather pleasant conversation and he was very friendly. Even when faced by the people behind us who were rude and abrasive about the lack of toasty machine. He was still kind and patient with them. They soon left after not being able to have their melted cheese. He then explained to us about a subway loyalty card and we paid and were on our ventures once again. Highly reccomend. Give this guy a raise.

Worst Subway ever. The tuna was spread on thinner than butter. Usually it’s scooped on with an ice cream style scoop but this was spread in with a knife. Awful!!!

A massive thank you to Theresa and her team,provided a wonderful platter for 12 even delivered it for me,the feedback from the team all said how fresh and delicious the food was,the vegan options went down well . Even the venue who hosted our event said they would be using them from now on

Having visited this branch of subway several times since it was opened, I simply cannot recommend it. This is not a fault on the produce but the customer service I received. I have had staff fail to change their gloves after handling money and going back to preparing food, asking them to change their gloves resulted in them not doing so, staff that failed to talk to me throughout the entire ordering process they didn't even ask what I wanted - handing me my food whilst staring at the till and not saying a word, one member of staff even complained to me during the process of my order that they were incredibly hung over and felt sick and on several occasions swearing in front of children. I think the final straw was going into the branch at 8am (when they are a 7am-7pm, 7 days a week) store and being told to "go away, we're not open".
If you enjoy terrible customer service and being berated by staff then visit here, otherwise avoid it and go elsewhere.
