Came back here for another panto trip with the kids...'Oh no you didn't'Oh yes we did, and it was snow white.Joking aside, a well appointed venue with decent access and amenities.Food and beverages available on site...It seems wheelchair access friendly.Seats are comfy and reasonable leg room for most.Staff are friendly and willing to help if needed.Never fails to deliver a pleasant visit.
We attended the Snow White and 7 dwarfs pantomime on 27th Dec great show well performed by actors. Building is well looked after clean,staff very friendly bar was reseanably stocked good choice of drinks and snacks worth a visit

We went to a comedy night at the assembly rooms. It was one of the best comedy nights I've ever been to and will definitely go again.There were 3 comedians and a compere. I recognised 2 of the acts from television shows.It was my first time visiting the assembly rooms. It's a lovely building. The bar was well run and the staff, who are volunteers, were friendly and helpful.
