Handy little truck stop if you're in the Chirk area. The ladies that work there are sociable and friendly, the food, that I've eaten, is nice. I haven't used the showers as I'm normally heading back to Kent, thus homeward, from there. Toilets are fairly clean, if a little dowdy, (look it up ?). My main issue is that the toilets close when the canteen closes, you can use the ones in the petrol station though. I have yet to park in daylight so at night the parking bays are indistinguishable, but there's always enough room. I've been in better, but I've been in worse also.

Small place for a truck stop. Yard is ok -semi secure cameras & lighting. Very pleasant staff,welcoming and the roast dinner was huge-I couldnt finish it. Will use again if Im up this way.

First time I've stopped here for years and I think it'll be my last. The food was way overpriced and of very poor standard I don't mind paying for decent food but this was far from decent, very poor menu to everything served with chips, showers were £3 extra after paying for parking, toilets were filthy.The only plus I can think of is there's a decent BP garage with M&S Simply Food.

Parking is a bit pricey and you have to pay extra for a shower.Parking bays could do with a bit of a paint as a bit difficult to see when the place is empty and dark.Site was nice and quite and with garage open 24 hours secureFood was really nice but little small it would of been better if offered a little discount if parking as meal voucher doesn’t reflect a discount.Brush your teeth in cab unless you like doing them with warm waterStaff was really friendlyOverall good night
