Excellent cooked breakfast and bacon and sausage’s definitely locally sourced. Had option of both regular and large breakfast.

Food was very poor compared to a year ago. Steak burger was awful, chips awful and cold, coleslaw tasted sour maybe gone off? Toasted waffle dreadful, flat white coffees were different sizes and not nice. Service dreadful- starter arrived after main course, food cold, had to keep asking for service, rude when I offered to pay. Not asked if food was good - if so, we would have explained our dissatisfaction! No discount offered for poor service. Food was expensive but if had been good quality, then we would not have minded paying. Room was cold. Really used to like your restaurant so we were bitterly disappointed! What has happened?

A gorgeous deck amongst the tree tops . Special thanks to the patient staff who accommodated our large group - mainly there for the chat !

Hidden gem, amazing food and a nice atmosphere. Restaurant and facilities are very modern, someone has clearly invested a lot of money in to making this place look amazing.

Lovely place, just needs a few more choices on the menu, particularly vegetarian options.

We dined here because we were staying in one of the on-site lodges. Restaurant Manager Amelio is very attentive and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for the perfect evening. We ordered the lamb fritters to start, the meat was excellent quality and the mint & pesto sauce was a great accompaniment. Then my husband had the belly pork main dish which was delicious, a generous portion of pork belly resting on a bed of delicious teriyaki noodles whilst I had the chicken cordon blue which was a large chicken breast filled with bacon in a beautiful cream sauce and fondant potatoes. It was exquisite! I recommend the Akurra Chardonnay to go with the chicken. Generous portions, quality ingredients and outstanding flavours! Amelio’s staff are second to none and were all extremely friendly & polite. Amelio told us his plans to expand on the menu to include breakfasts etc and I’ve no doubt that he will make this a roaring success. Henlle Hall are very lucky to have Amelio and his team on board and I wish him every success.

We dined here last night, the whole experience was so lovely, relaxed and friendly. All the staff really cared and made sure we had a lovely meal. We had chicken liver parfait and Welsh lamb fritters to start which were both beautiful. Then chicken cordon bleu and 5 bean South African chilli which were delicious and lovely portions. We also had cocktails and wine which was equally as delicious! Thank you very much for your fantastic hospitality and quality food and drink! 10/10!

Had drinks and cake here at the weekend with friends. The service was excellent - nothing was too much trouble. The setting is so relaxed too. Dog friendly.

Lovely building and had a dog friendly section which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Seemed to be a good selection of drinks, only downside was no menus. Cakes were very good.

Made to feel very unwelcome on entry for a coffee. Waited 20 minutes to be served then left when another table was served before us who had just arrived. Staffing numbers and quality obviously an issue.

Really good Brunch Breakfast, excellent Fish and Chips, truly awful Butter Chicken, Winter Greens and Mac n Cheese. Butter Chicken were the smallest 2 drumsticks I've ever seen, no more than a dessert spoon of meat in total, skin on, greasy and hardly any sauce. Mac n Cheese swimming in oil and unpalatable. Winter Greens, raw broccoli stems, asparagus ok, the best bit were the peas and pine nuts. Most expensive peas and pine nuts I've ever had! Disappointing ?
