This place is The Best, unfortunately The Best of The Worst. On a visit on the Spring Bank Holiday Monday I experienced the worst Shop Etiquette I've ever experienced. I encountered foul mouthed Bullying.. The atmosphere in The Best Kebab House was like walking done a dark alley in an unfamiliar City with a crowd of angry hooded youths leaning against the walls, moonlight glinting off razor sharp unsheahed blades, very intimidating. The Best as a vacuum like void of customer relations. Just the odd verbal grunt of direction from the staff, all made up of vowels. Very intimidating... BEWARE!!!T.B.C.........

Used Best Kebab House quite a lot over the years but I noticed this time there is an additional charge when you order on the Kuick App. They used to charge £1.00 delivery only. You now get charged £1.00 delivery, £1.00 service charge and £1.00 Kuick service charge.I get that you pay a little bit more for the pizzas as you Buy 1 get 1 free but come on how many more charges are you going to add???Food is good though and delivered in a timely manner.

45 minutes late this evening, feeding children pizza,The pizza arrived and was like rubber soles.. called up to speak with a member of the team, the guy we spoke with was argumeative, didn't like criticism and said nothing he can do to resolve this!Such a shame I don't like leaving shirty reviews, customer service has let this place down and cold rubber pizzas...

I had fish and chips tonight I have seen a mini bigger gold fish eating the fish tasted like mush I have had a kerb and it went right though me my friend had a kerb pizza and that went though her the food is disgusting from there
Left Oswestry over a year ago , visited Oswestry again just to enjoy the best kebabs . Same taste and loved it as much as we always did.

Over 2 hours waiting for delivery phoned up no apologies for delay promised to be within 30mins phoned back up after 45mins still hadn’t left for delivery cancelled order! Won’t use again!
